About Overdryve.ai

Overdryve.ai is a Marketing Intelligence Platform (MIP) built for automotive repair shops, bringing customer data, marketing, and AI-powered insights into one platform. It helps shops improve customer retention, identify new growth opportunities, automate marketing, track performance, and make smarter decisions that drive measurable revenue.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, business contact information, marketing campaign data, analytics, business performance metrics, information received through authorized third-party integrations (including shop management systems such as Tekmetric, ShopWare, ShopMonkey, Mitchell, RO Writer, NAPA TRACS, Shop Boss, and Protractor), payment information processed by third parties, device information, and platform usage logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve our services, generate AI-powered insights, automate marketing activities, provide customer support, maintain security, communicate with customers, and comply with applicable laws.

AI Services & Data Processing

Customer data is processed solely to provide requested platform functionality. Overdryve.ai does not sell customer data and does not intentionally use customer data to train public AI models.

Information Sharing

We share information only with service providers, integration partners authorized by customers, legal authorities when required, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies & Advertising Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to deliver relevant advertising, including retargeting ads shown to prior visitors on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel collects information such as pages visited and actions taken on our site, which Meta may associate with your Facebook account in accordance with Meta's own data policy.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from a business using the Overdryve platform, we collect and store your phone number and your consent status in order to send you the messages you've agreed to receive (such as service reminders and special offers).

Message frequency: Message frequency varies by business and may include up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

No sharing of mobile information: We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the text messages of the business you opted in with, and for related consent and compliance recordkeeping.

Opting out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact the business directly.

Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, and role-based permissions.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access, correction, deletion, or information regarding personal information as provided under applicable California privacy laws.
